2020 CLONCURRY STOCKMAN'S CHALLENGE CANCELLED
Dear Sponsors and Competitors,
It is with great regret that we have made the decision to cancel the 2020 Cloncurry Stockman's Challenge & Campdraft. This decision has not come easily, but I do believe it is the right one given the restrictions to run an event as large as ours. Covid-19 is rearing it’s ugly head again and seems to be more aggressive in the southern states. I think we have a responsibility to our community and industry to do what we can to ensure that this virus does not spread any further.
As per the new rules and regulations introduced by the Australian Stockman's Challenge Association, we will hold a Derby Challenge to allow horses that missed out this year to compete next year.
We look forward to running in 2021 when we can hold the Cloncurry Stockman’s Challenge with all competitors able to attend.
